THE ROLE:

You analyse, validate and consolidate commercial, operational and financial information in order to provide maximum visibility of the shipping line’s activity to optimise decision-making for different departments within the Group.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the line manager in managing his/her business (setting up, monitoring and developing indicators specific to each line + studies).
• As such, you will be responsible for producing the line’s forecast and actual results, and for the budget.
• You participate in the gap analysis between accounting and estimated costs in order to identify any operational problems and monitor standards. You alert the manager to any deviations affecting the line’s accounts.
• You carry out studies and propose corrective measures to optimize the line’s performance.
• You present summary financial information to the management.
