YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your human resources expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You’ll contribute to the shaping of our company culture and the future of sustainable transport. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations), manage data within our HR systems and ensure its integrity, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting special topics and projects related to onboarding and recruiting fairs, but also organizing various events like meetings and employee gatherings.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Support with onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Accurate data entry and quality checks within the HR system
  • Drafting and reviewing job advertisements
  • Organizing and coordinating HR-related events
  • Providing support and supervision to employees
  • Participation in HR projects and initiatives

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • An open-minded and communicative team player
  • A high level of commitment, creativity, and initiative
  • Confidence in using MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
