YOUR MISSION:

As HR Project Manager, you will lead strategic human resources initiatives that align with CANAL+ organizational objectives. You’ll be responsible for managing HR projects from end to end - from initial planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and review - ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with the highest quality.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project team members, including internal HR staff and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and performance; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.
• Ensure all deliverables meet expected quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Maintain clear documentation (project charters, schedules, reports, etc.).

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid project management skills: planning, execution, follow-up.
• Proven experience in leading complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting messaging to various audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in change management and overcoming resistance to change is a plus.
• Great interpersonal skills, with a talent for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).

✈️VIE Program Eligibility Requirements:

• Be under 29 years old on the start date of the mission.
• Have never completed a VIE assignment before.
• Must not have previously done a profesional internship in Luxembourg.
