JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the Role :

  • Implement and update HSE policies according to local and international regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, near-miss investigations and safety audits
  • Develop and deliver training to strengthen the HSE culture, organize awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in the development of the local Operational Progress Plan for HSE.
  • Coordinate emergency drills and analyze results to optimize protocols.
  • Support cross-functional actions related to the Safety365 culture transformation project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Experience Gained:

  • Excellent understanding of HSE standards and regulations
  • Project management and communication skills
  • Practical experience in risk assessment and conducting audits
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Intercultural experience along with fluency in other languages would be an advantage
