Responsibilities
Context and Challenges of the Position
As part of the APAC marketing and business development team, you will support the development of our Mycotoxin Management portfolio. Working under the supervision of the Regional Category Manager, you will help implement the marketing strategy, support the commercial teams, and contribute to the regional success of this product category.
This position is an excellent opportunity for a junior profile to grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment at the intersection of technical, marketing, and commercial responsibilities.
Missions of the Job
As a Junior Category Manager, your mission is to support the promotion, growth, and commercial success of our Mycotoxin Management solutions in APAC. You will work closely with the Regional Category Manager, Area Sales Managers, and Technical Managers to ensure that our commercial teams and customers are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and insights.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Support the RCM in training commercial teams and distributors by providing product knowledge, value proposition, and technical support materials.
Help prepare marketing tools and commercial documentation tailored to the needs of the region. Assist the RCM in answering product-related questions from sales teams and customers.
Monitor key trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the field of mycotoxin risk management. Collect market intelligence and contribute to regional strategic insights.
Support the execution of the go-to-market strategy defined by the RCM. Assist in organizing product launches, webinars, events, and campaigns.
Contribute to the regional demand forecast by gathering data from sales teams and reporting inconsistencies. Follow up on supply availability in coordination with customer service and supply chain.
Join customer visits with sales teams to better understand key account needs, present the value proposition, and gather feed
Work closely with other junior and senior category managers, the technical team, and regional business development colleagues to ensure alignment of efforts across the portfolio.
