The site of Melbourne based in Australia belongs to Valeo Service Division. We are looking for a VIE Logistic and Customer Service Coordinator for 12 months within the team. Your challenges? You are the main customer contact for operational aspects of the customer relationship (except sales negotiations) to deliver best-in-class service You ensure Sales Administration operations You gather and understand customer needs and measure performance to improve customer service You collaborate with different functions to enhance Customer Service within the division. You are involved in Supply Chain and Customer Service improvement projects You use Valeo tools daily to investigate issues, solve problems, and provide analytical and data support to the Sales Team and customers You pilot and monitor inbound and outbound transportation flows and support warehouse layout improvements You analyze network and corporate needs and develop performance measurements to improve customer service Let’s talk about you… You are graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field You already have experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics You have a fluent level of English You have strong communication skills and an international mindset You are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking You are humble, attentive, and maintain a positive attitude You are professional and have a strong sense of diplomacy You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems as a plus Please, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.
