Join us as an Outsourcing Analyst in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!
Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Finance department as an International Graduate (V.I.E).
To support its expansion, Euronext is looking for an Outsourcing analyst VIE to join the team from February 2025, for an initial period of 12 months, in Porto (Portugal). You will report to the Outsourcing Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to support the Outsourcing manager implementing IT outsourced services monitoring on Euronext third parties’ contracts. The scope covers all regulated entities among Euronext Group.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Actively contribute to the data collection, analysis and reporting required by the internal policies
  • Work with the different business’ and functions’ teams to enforce internal policies, execute associated processes and maintain and record the relevant documentation
  • Assist the Outsourcing manager to adapt the framework to regulatory evolutions, ensuring updated processes and auditable tracking.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular internal reporting
  • Maintain accurate and auditable database feed from different source systems
  • Be part of the roll-out of the relevant technology solution to manage the dataset collection and support the identification of opportunities for improvements on reporting

Your Profile:

  • Young professional with proven experience in IT related projects, coordination and process
  • Background in IT, audit, reporting and financial markets
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Tenacious self-starter with a keen sense of accountability, ownership, commitment to work and passion for delivering results and improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate in a multicultural, diverse and complex environment
  • Very good level of English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge on SharePoint and PowerBI
  • Attitude for project management
