• Ensure that the project procurement strategy is shared, understood, and applied by the procurement teams and SSM.
• Collaborate with the legal department to create and publish the specific legal requirements applicable to the project.
• Manage buyers involved in the project to make a meaningful contribution to the project QCD (functional report).
• Organize procurement and kickoff meetings involving PM, SSM, and procurement.
• Solve issues in a horizontal matrix environment with colleagues from all departments to ensure on time availability of components
• Manage changes in execution of the projects.
• Define suitable processes and tools, including reporting, and ensure their application across the entire project.
• Ensure that the company’s award decisions align with the project procurement strategy and QCD requirements.
• Ensure that the QCD performance of procurement is properly reported for each subsystem and component.
