Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

You will be in support of end of contract activities, regarding the projects under LRV and Metro’s Platforms.The purpose of this position is also to manage the overall procurement goals and objectives in regard to quality, on time delivery, cost and customer requirements.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing and coordinating change requests and associated activities with all project stakeholders
  • Reviewing purchase requisitions and ensuring purchase orders are placed on time
  • Analyzing and compiling data for Canadian Content requirements
  • Applying and supporting Alstom sourcing rules, processes, and tools
  • Presenting data analysis to project teams and auditors, as needed
  • Providing support to project controllers on financial topics and preparing presentations
  • Tracking procurement performance in projects and issuing action plans for deviations
  • Reviewing and managing supplier QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance with buyers and commodity managers

  • Master’s degree in economics, business, accounting, or finance
  • Fluency in English
