Company Description As part of the VIE program, the position supports the CEO and management team in both daily operations and strategic development of the company in the Philippines and wider Asia region, with a strong focus on O&M activities and PPP infrastructure projects. Job Description Key Responsibilities Development (O&M & PPP) Identify new O&M contracts, PPP projects, and investment opportunities Prepare project analyses, Go/No-Go notes, and decision documents. Contribute to preparing and negotiating partnership, consortium, and O&M agreements. Conduct market intelligence on infrastructure operations and sector trends. Execution of Live Contracts & Projects Draft official communications for the CEO and support interactions with clients, partners, and authorities. Consolidate financial and operational KPIs for running O&M operations. Track action plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Manage contract compliance, documentation, and reporting duties. General Management Support (Philippines & Asia) Assist in the daily management of local operations and regional initiatives. Organize meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on decisions. Coordinate between local teams and headquarters. Support improvements to internal processes and company communications. Finance & Performance Contribute to financial analysis of O&M contracts, PPP SPVs, and business units. Prepare reports, dashboards, budgets, and forecasts. Support implementation of financial controls and compliance procedures Qualifications Profile Higher education in business, engineering, economics, or public policy. Strong analytical and synthesis skills; organized, autonomous, and proactive. Excellent communication in French and English; ability to work in multicultural teams. Proficiency in office and project management tools.
