Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

As the VIE Sub System Manager for Green Energy/ Traction in Mannheim, no two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll learn various areas of Sub System Management.
You’ll be learning everything you need to know to become the go-to person for driving momentum and pushing projects forward in the future and each day will bring new learning opportunities.

You’ll specifically learn from us how we:

  • Lead international Green Energy and Traction projects, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and customer expectations.
  • Are accountable for quality, cost, delivery, and performance (QCDP) of your Work Package/Project.
  • We lead and coordinate project activities.
  • Define objectives, managing resources, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Maximizing cash and margin without compromising project management and execution processes.
  • Manage our customers and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure QCDP and project EHS accountability.
  • Define project governance and strategy in line with contract requirements.
  • Manage the transfer from tender to project.
  • Coordinate and support project teams in achieving their tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment with contractual requirements and how to manage variation orders.
  • Manage claims and litigations if needed.
  • Proactively deal with risk, saving, and opportunity management.
