Description
Missions: You will be part of the Hermès Parfums & Beauté MEIA team, based in Dubai, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and working in close collaboration with the regional and HQ teams. 1/ VISUAL MERCHANDISING - Develop and implement the regional visual strategy for Fragrance and Beauty across Local Markets and Travel Retail - Ensure the follow-up and regular updating of the Travel Retail visual database ahead of each launch - Design planograms for generic and personalized spaces across the region (Local Markets and Travel Retail) - Coordinate the development and local production of regional POSM elements - Support and deliver regional and local Visual Merchandising training sessions for office teams and store managers of key doors in the region 2/ RETAIL FURNITURE ACTIVATION - Liaise with HQ teams on CapEx concepts and designs - Coordinate with local contractors on ongoing and upcoming retail builds - Design planograms for new personalized spaces and stand-alone boutiques 3/ BRICK & MORTAR TRADE MARKETING ACTIVATION - Support the activation of the regional trade marketing plan (LM & TR) - Ensure follow-up and coordination of trade plans with local distributors - Adapt trade animations locally (podiums, windows, end-gondolas, etc.) - Manage relationships with regional suppliers for animations and visual productions - Brief and follow-up with suppliers and distributors on executions (technical drawings, local production, installation) - Help with consolidation of post-activation feedback, including qualitative and quantitative performance analysis 4/ TRANSVERSAL MISSIONS - Support the preparation of the two annual regional seminars and assist in budget follow-up - Contribute to quarterly reporting consolidation (VM, and Trade) - Prepare and present Visual Merchandising guidelines to Brand Managers during seminars - Support and animate VM training sessions 5/ ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - Process suppliers’ invoices and maintain tracking and follow-ups PROFILE : Structured thinking, aesthetic sensitivity, and an ever-alert curiosity. Strong interest in Fragrances, beauty, and Hermès core values. You can manage different projects, showing rigor, organization, and autonomy. You know how to work with various interlocutors by relying on your interpersonal skills and your adaptability. You are fluent in English (French is a plus). You are comfortable and have advanced skills in using the following softwares: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, PowerPoint.
