Based in Vietnam, the HRBP, VN, TH & Alliance Cluster partners closely with leadership teams to align people and organizational strategies with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HRBP drives workforce planning, leadership development, and capability building to enhance commercial effectiveness, enable organizational agility, and foster a high‑performance culture that supports sustainable growth in dynamic and highly regulated markets. Job Description What you will do Workforce Planning & Talent Roadmap Translate business plans into workforce strategies, including capability building and succession planning for key roles. Ensure alignment with Asia and Global HR strategies. Trusted HR Advisor Serve as the main HR partner for assigned portfolios. Connect business needs with HR Solutions and CoEs, ensuring seamless HR service delivery. Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, people decisions, and capability development. Talent Development & Succession Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and HiPo development. Coach leaders on people leadership and career development. Organizational Design & Change Leadership Co-design organizational structures to improve agility and efficiency. Act as change agent, embedding transformation and cultural initiatives in cluster markets. Employee Relations & Compliance Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and resolution while risk management and empathy. Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies local countries. HR Cycles Drive performance management, merit review, and calibration processes across cluster markets. Ensure people practices are applied consistently and fairly. Executive Hiring & Onboarding Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to manage executive-level (GG18+) recruitment and onboarding. People Analytics & Insights Use people analytics to identify trends in attrition, capability, and engagement. Translate data into practical interventions. Business Reviews & Financial Planning Manage budget & financial planning, including headcount, personnel expenses, and benefits, for assigned areas, in partnership with Finance and HR Analytics. Manage budgets for relevant projects, severances, and executive searches. Culture & Engagement Champion company values and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance. Qualifications What you will bring to the role Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or regional capacity. Proven track record supporting commercial leadership teams in Asia. Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leaders in matrix settings. Demonstrated experience in organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development. Strong change management and project management capabilities. Deep knowledge of employment practices in assigned territories. Effective communicator and coach with excellent interpersonal skills. IT savvy with hands-on experience in HR systems Self-starter, motivated, resilient, and innovative.
