Basing in Ho Chi Minh City, the Pharmacy Sales Representative is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy staff,… to execute business strategies, ensure sustainable growth, and achieve assigned sales targets in the retail pharmacy channel. Job Description What you will do Customer & Market Development/ Phát triển khách hàng & thị trường Approach the Pharmacy pharmacists, pharmacy staffs... to introduce Santen’s products in assigned territories./Tiếp cận dược sĩ, nhân viên nhà thuốc,… để giới thiệu sản phẩm của Santen tại địa bàn được giao. Consult to the Pharmacists, pharmacy staffs...about company products’ information in order pharmacist understands clearly and deeply about our product to decide on treatment to patients./Tư vấn đến dược sĩ, nhân viên nhà thuốc,… về những thông tin của sản phẩm Santen để dược sĩ, nhân viên nhà thuốc hiểu rõ và sâu hơn về sản phẩm để ra quyết định về điều trị cho bệnh nhân. Conduct regular visits and follow up to maintain product awareness and strengthen relationships/Viếng thăm định kỳ và theo dõi để duy trì sự ghi nhớ về sản phẩm và củng cố quan hệ. Business Execution/ Thực thi kinh doanh Monitor key pharmacies, propose solutions to maximize key pharmacy potential/Theo dõi nhóm nhà thuốc chủ lực, đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu hóa cơ hội tiềm năng của nhà thuốc. Collect the market insights, competitor activities as well as pharmacists/ pharmacy staffs ’s feedback on products/company to report timely to the direct manager/Tập hợp thông tin trên thị trường, hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh cũng như những ý kiến từ dược sĩ/ nhân viên nhà thuốc về sản phẩm/ công ty để báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp quản lý trực tiếp. Marketing & Activities Support/ Hỗ trợ Marketing & sự kiện Support marketing programs, product launches, and customer events organized by the company./Hỗ trợ triển khai chương trình marketing, ra mắt sản phẩm mới và các sự kiện khách hàng Other tasks/ Nhiệm vụ khác Other assigned works from upper levels if any./Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao bởi cấp quản lý. Qualifications What you will bring to the role 1. Qualification/ Tố chất: University/College degree in Pharmacy or related fields of medical health/Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng ngành Dược hoặc ngành liên quan đến y tế sức khỏe At least 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy field force or similar roles./Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Trình Dược Viên kênh nhà thuốc hoặc tương đương 2.
