BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB This position will be responsible for governing payroll and benefits operations in Vietnam, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction while payroll processing is centralized and managed by the Regional Finance team. This role acts as the key local owner, coordinator, and compliance expert for payroll and benefits related matters.   Education & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Management, English, or other related fields. * 0+ years of professional working experience with a global TMS environment. Skills * Proficient in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).  * Basic experience or exposure to Oracle Cloud solutions or other TMS (e.g. Kronos, ADP) is a plus, including involvement in activities such as system support, basic reporting, data queries, and user assistance.  * General understanding of information systems; comfortable with technology and familiar with virtual collaboration tools. Hands-on experience with at least one TMS platform is an advantage.  * Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and work under guidance when resolving system-related matters.  * Basic understanding of project coordination and the ability to work with stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.  * Foundational knowledge of local HR processes and willingness to learn HR process localizations.  * Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-cultural team environment.  * Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.  * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
