Job Description Oversee all aspects of the rooftop ensuring efficient service and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere. Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality food & beverage service and handling customer feedback. Collaborate on promotional activities, support special events and help with marketing initiatives. Ensure all operations comply with health, safety and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or rooftop management, in a lifestyle or premium venue. Strong leadership and team-building skills, able to inspire and motivate diverse teams. Excellent guest relations and communication abilities. Solid understanding of service flow, mixology trends, and event operations. Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, costs, and reports. Creative mindset, ability to contribute ideas for guest experience enhancement. Calm, confident, and solution-oriented under pressure. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events.
