Seddon Estate Agents is seeking a motivated, part-time Viewings/Sales Negotiator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and successful team in our busy Cullompton office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT RESTRICTED TO):

· Engage with clients to understand their property needs
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
· Prepare necessary documents to an excellent standard
· Maintain records and enter data with a high level of accuracy
· Generate and conduct property viewings, showcasing property features and benefits effectively
· Identify new instruction opportunities
· Negotiate offers between all parties
Please note that a full driving licence is required to carry out property appointments, using a Seddons vehicle, within Cullompton and the surrounding areas.
