ViiV Healthcare was created as a joint venture by Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline in November 2009 with both companies transferring their HIV assets to the new company. In 2012 Shionogi joined the company. 76.5% of the company is now owned by GlaxoSmithKline, 13.5% by Pfizer and 10% by Shionogi.
We are seeking a diverse Marketing Manager with experience in digital marketing to lead our Omnichannel Marketing efforts for the only complete long-acting HIV treatment regimen.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree & 7 plus years of experience with pharmaceutical marketing (can include brand marketing OR digital marketing OR market research OR marketing operations, OR provider marketing)
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing OR analytics
  • Experience with key stakeholder management to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders

As Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the digital execution to support ViiV’s promotional efforts to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in the US.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

  • Be a champion for and create exceptional omnichannel customer experiences to maximize potential in the marketplace.
  • Enable real time connections, leveraging customer insights and digital best practices to drive customer value when, where and how our customers prefer.
  • Manage end-to-end development of personalized digital experiences, content and tactical execution across multiple channels including but not limited to website, custom digital programs, banners, social media, search, and display advertising targeting HCPs.
  • Ensure omnichannel activations align and amplify the brand’s strategic priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational standards throughout the development and deployment of omnichannel campaigns.
  • Manage agencies, digital and media vendors and partner with the brand teams to deliver phenomenal customer experiences aligned to brand strategies.
  • Manage projects through the promotional review and approval process.
  • Utilize analytics to develop, measure and optimize integrated omnichannel campaigns.
  • Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory).
