The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production of high-quality stick packs for our nutraceutical products. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines, ensuring optimal performance and production efficiency. * Set up machines for different production runs, including adjusting settings for powder and liquid fillers. * Monitor the production process to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications. * Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production. * Maintain accurate production records and documentation. * Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and improve processes. * Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times. Qualifications: * Proven experience operating Viking Masek stick pack machines (ST 600 and ST 800). * Familiarity with powder and liquid filling processes. * Strong attention to detail and quality control. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Effective communication skills.
