Job Description What you’ll be doing in this role: Delivering refined, personalized butler-style service to villa guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay Acting as the primary point of contact for all guest needs and coordinating every aspect of their villa experience Managing smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs, including luggage handling and transportation arrangements Assisting with menu inquiries and communicating guest requests directly with the kitchen team Anticipating guest preferences and working closely with other departments to deliver seamless service Serving guests with discretion, elegance, and attention to timing standards Supporting dining operations Performing essential software operations such as check-ins/outs, key activation, and departure processing Collaborating with the team to maintain the villa’s premium appearance and ensure every detail meets luxury standards Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is: Fluent in English, both written and spoken Knowledgeable in proper cleaning techniques, and capable of basic food & beverage preparation and service. Proactive, anticipating needs and taking initiative. An excellent communicator, able to connect with guests and collaborate effectively with the team. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks while prioritising urgent matters. A natural problem-solver, calm and effective in unexpected situations. A strong team player, committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Guest-oriented, always looking for ways to enhance service quality.
