Position Overview:  The Villa Concierge at Edgewood Tahoe Resort is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to our most esteemed guests. This role ensures that Villa guests experience a seamless, luxurious, and memorable stay by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with a deep understanding of luxury service, a proactive mindset, and an extensive knowledge of high-end travel experiences, fine dining, and exclusive events.    Key Responsibilities:  * Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile guests, catering to their unique preferences and requests.  * Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of any issues.  * Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer tailored recommendations and services.  * Handle confidential and sensitive guest information with discretion and professionalism.  * Arrange private dining experiences, spa treatments, and personalized resort activities.  * Collaborate with all resort departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, security) to deliver a seamless luxury experience.  * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the resort’s offerings, local attractions, and global luxury trends.  * Monitor VIP guest satisfaction and address feedback with discretion and urgency.  * Uphold the resort’s brand standards by embodying elegance, discretion, and professionalism.  * Engage with high net-worth individuals and celebrities while maintaining the highest level of service etiquette.  * Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.  Qualifications and Skills:  * Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.  * Minimum of 2 years in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or high-end concierge roles.  * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.  * Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.  * Extensive knowledge of luxury services, fine dining, and high-end travel.  * Proficiency in concierge software and luxury service platforms.  * Passion for delivering world-class hospitality.  * Discreet, polished, and professional demeanor.  Physical Requirements:  * Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs.  * Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
