The Villa Host is responsible for delivering personalized, intuitive, and seamless luxury service to guests throughout their stay. As the main point of contact, the Villa Host ensures every guest enjoys a memorable experience by anticipating needs, coordinating services, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in line with Anantara brand standards. Welcome guests warmly and provide efficient check-in and check-out experiences. Act as the primary contact for assigned villa guests throughout their stay. Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, memorable service. Handle guest requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Spa, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure villas are prepared and inspected prior to guest arrival. Escort guests to their villas and provide a detailed orientation of villa facilities and resort services. Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and special requests in the property management system. Arrange special occasions, celebrations, transportation, dining reservations, and other personalized experiences. Handle guest concerns and complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary. Promote resort facilities and upsell services to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with Anantara brand standards, SOPs, and health & safety procedures. Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and behavior at all times. Complete daily reports and handovers accurately. Not the right fit?
