The Villa Host Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Villa Host team to ensure every guest receives exceptional, personalized, and seamless service throughout their stay. The role leads the team by example, coordinates with other departments, resolves guest concerns, and ensures all villa services meet Anantara luxury standards. Supervise the daily operation of the Villa Host team. Ensure smooth and efficient guest arrival, stay, and departure experiences. Deliver personalized luxury service by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations. Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Concierge to fulfill guest requests promptly. Handle VIP arrivals, special occasions, and guest preferences. Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up. Monitor villa readiness, cleanliness, amenities, and presentation before guest arrival. Ensure all guest profiles, preferences, and service requests are accurately recorded in the property management system. Train, coach, and mentor Villa Hosts to maintain Anantara service standards. Monitor compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health & safety procedures. Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
