Job Description As a Villa Host, your responsibilities will include: Maximising guest satisfaction by providing highly personalised, efficient, and responsive service with meticulous attention to detail Hands on experience in a luxury safari lodger or five-star establishment. Anticipating and exceeding guests' needs proactively Taking ownership and leadership of all assigned villas Supervising, directing, and assisting with the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas Ensuring the highest professional standards of service are consistently met Conducting thorough villa inspections before guest arrivals and after departures Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing comprehensive villa orientations Arranging personalised in-villa experiences, such as private dining or spa treatments Managing guest requests and inquiries efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact during their stay Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements Handling check-out procedures and gathering feedback on guest experiences Participating in regular training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge Contributing to the continuous improvement of villa host services and guest satisfaction initiatives Qualifications Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages highly advantageous Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler/Villa Host, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional, personalised guest service Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Proficiency in luxury hospitality software systems and property management tools Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask efficiently Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and international etiquette Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when necessary Valid food handling and safety certification First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Additional Information Three traceable referees with mobile numbers and their emails Company Location: Anantara Kafue River Tented Camp
