Villa Manager – Seasonal Job (Santorini Based) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Villa Manager to join our team in Santorini for the upcoming summer season. The Villas offer a refined hospitality experience in one of the island’s most authentic and elevated locations. Position Overview: The Villa Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of luxury villas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day villa operations and ensure smooth functionality Welcome and assist guests, providing personalized high-end service Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and external partners Handle guest requests promptly and professionally Monitor property condition and ensure quality standards are maintained Manage check-ins, and check-outs Prepare reports and communicate with management Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality or luxury villas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered an asset) Competitive salary package Accommodation provided Opportunity to work in a luxury hospitality environment Professional growth and development If you are passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences, we would love to hear from you!
