Villa Manager (Operations & Maintenance) | Ungasan, Badung, Bali | On-site | PT Adore Vista Properties (Under PT Wine Adore Indonesia) | Wine Adore Indonesia is looking a reliable and hands-on Villa Manager who can oversee daily operations while also handling basic maintenance tasks. This role suited for someone who is comfortable managing guest bookings and property performance, working closely with Villa staff while also stepping in to maintain the villa's condition when needed. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day villa operations & ensure smooth guest experiences Handle booking platforms such as Airbnb (calendar, pricing, guest communication) Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and housekeeping schedules Monitor occupancy, reviews, and overall property performance Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly Ensure high service standards and positive guest reviews Handle on-site guest needs when required Perform basic maintenance tasks or coordinate with related Vendor (e.g. minor repairs, pressure washing, troubleshooting) Conduct routine inspections to ensure villa is in top condition Coordinate with external vendors for more complex repairs Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and presentation of the property Requirements Based in Bali, Indonesia Experience managing villas, guesthouses, or Airbnb properties is preferred Familiarity with Airbnb or other booking platforms Hands-on with basic tools and general maintenance work Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills (English is a must)
