Job Description Position: Villa Operations Manager Department Villa Operations Reports To Director of Rooms Position Summary The Villa Operations Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Villa Operations Department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality, operational excellence, and brand compliance. This role oversees all villa-related services and collaborates closely with other departments to deliver seamless and personalized service throughout the guest journey. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Manage the daily operations of the Villa Operations Department to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Ensure all villas are prepared and maintained according to brand and luxury service standards. Monitor daily arrivals, departures, in-house guests, and special requests. Conduct daily operational briefings and communicate important information to the team. Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Forbes standards, and company policies. Guest Experience Deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout the entire stay. Handle guest complaints and service recovery promptly and professionally. Coordinate VIP arrivals, special occasions, and personalized guest arrangements. Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and service quality standards. Leadership & Team Management Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the Villa Operations team. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback. Identify training needs and support career development plans. Ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient scheduling. Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented working environment. Financial Management Monitor departmental expenses and productivity. Control labor costs through effective scheduling and workforce planning. Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts. Support revenue enhancement through upselling opportunities and operational efficiency. Monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Coordination & Communication Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Security, Spa, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Participate in daily operational meetings. Ensure effective communication between departments regarding guest requirements and operational priorities. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards and operational procedures. Conduct regular quality inspections of villas and public areas. Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained. Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel or resort operations. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within Villa Operations, Front Office, Butler Service, or Rooms Division. Experience in luxury villa or resort operations is highly preferred.
