We are looking for an exceptional Village Assistant to join our team at our Blenheim Village. This is a fixed-term position for 6 months to assist in providing village cover, reporting directly to the Village Manager. Our Village Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. The Village Assistant role provides great diversity, therefore you would provide a degree of both operational and administrative cover for the Village Manager two days per week primarily being Saturday Afternoon (4:00pm - Midnight) and Sunday Night (Midnight to 8:00am). This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for all Village related matters whilst on duty. Nightshift: This is an "awake" role in which you will be sole-charge whilst on duty and be required to respond to any emergency situations which may arise. You will also carry out a range of tasks such as cleaning/ housekeeping tasks as required.
