The Role
Set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, Classic Residences in Brighton East is Keyton’s Largest Village in the Victoria portfolio. It offers a warm community atmosphere and friendly colleagues that are the foundation to a rewarding career.

Classic Residences is currently seeking a strong, commercially astute, customer and people centric Village Manager to oversee the village.

  • Managing and supporting a strong team, where you will create a positive, supportive and people-focused culture
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external stakeholders is crucial for this role
  • Delivering performance and creating lifestyle solutions for our residents, including events, communications, and general safety across the village
  • Maintaining a high level of commitment to the customer and the community
  • Implementing day-to-day operational plans and maintenance programs
  • Be the point of contact for staff, residents and their families, being approachable and always presenting excellent customer service.

Your Background

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or commerce, hospitality and/or hotel management combined with intermediate subject matter knowledge, demonstrable experience and developed people manager skills.
  • Experience in a village management role, and/or knowledge of retirement and property management industries along with asset and/or community service principles.
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures and in-depth knowledge, understanding and application of relevant legislation.
  • Planning and communication skills including the ability to confidently present to various stakeholders, and ability to network within the local community.
  • Strong numeracy skills and sound financial and budgeting skills.
