The Role
Located in prestigious Elizabeth Bay, Ardency Trebartha is an elegant sanctuary, situated a short stroll from tranquil parklands, with waterfront views of Rushcutters Bay and only moments from the heart of Potts Point. Our stylish boutique apartments offer the perfect balance of luxury and location.
Our fun-loving team at Ardency Trebartha are currently seeking a Village Support Officer to join them on a casual basis.
Shifts will involve working weekends, afternoon shifts combined with sleepover shifts. Additional assistance will be required for leave coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with our colourful village events
- Assisting to serve meals & beverages
- Overseeing our community facilities
- Assisting our residents
- Responding to call outs
- Undertaking basic first aid
- Initiating emergency services where required
- Basic admin tasks
- Conducting welfare checks on residents
About You
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, committed, dependable and have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A professional and positive approach is required at all times to ensure that all residents’ needs are met. A background in either hospitality or aged care would be advantageous although not essential, as well as having the following:
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (or be willing to obtain)
- The ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressure
- Be motivated and able to take initiative
- Basic computer skills
