We are looking to hire a Permanent Vineyard Operator to join our McLaren Vale Vineyards team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of growing super-premium fruit for some of our most loved Penfolds wines.

Your day-to-day will consist of:

• Conduct tractor and machinery operations, including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking

• Manage irrigation operations and perform maintenance tasksEngage in hands-on vineyard work such as training and trellising to ensure the highest quality standards
