Andrew Peller Limited, operating out of Tinhorn Creek Vineyards requires Farm Labourers for full-time work starting January 2026. What this teammate will be responsible for: Duties will include pulling out old vines, removing trellis and irrigation lines Setting up new infrastructure Join other workers pruning, tying, tucking, shoot thinning, leaf removal, bunch thinning and harvesting Some additional minor duties could include weeding, suckering and possibly some irrigation and tractor work. The wage is $17.85/hour subject to change to meet required minimum hourly rate. Work is outside in vineyards ranging from Lake Country, BC to the Similkameen and hours are a minimum 40 hours/week with some weekend work required. No previous experience or education level required. We are conducting an internal and external search simultaneously.
