Description

Due to an increased demand for our products, we are expanding our operation and are looking to recruit an extra bodyshop technician. Bodywork skills and experience would be an advantage - however if you are unskilled but keen and hard working, training will be given.

What we are looking for in potential employees is:

  • A will to learn.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude to work - our ethos is to have a cheerful positive & respectful problem-solving team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Honest & Reliable
  • Punctual
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small, friendly, close team.
  • Ability to take instruction and perform tasks to a high standard independently.
  • An interest in classic cars would be considered desirable - particularly Classic Land Rovers

Successful applicants will initially be offered casual work at the minimum wage and those who excel will be offered more permanent positions with excellent pay, working conditions and benefits which include profit sharing, overtime and paid staff events and holidays.
Initially, this is a zero hours casual contract, but we expect successful candidates to be able to progress towards a permanent position.
In the first instance all successful candidates will be expected to undertake a paid trial period after which a final selection will be made.
