We are currently seeking Vintage Cellar Hands to help us through the exciting and fast-paced 2025 harvest season. As part of our 2025 harvest team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across our two production facilities, processing approximately 2500 tonnes of grapes. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team for an exciting and hands-on experience in premium wine production.
We are interviewing and making offers now for a Harvest that will start late summer or early Fall.
These roles are based out of Trius Estate Winery and Thirty Bench Winemakers, located in Niagara, Ontario.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Vintage Cellar Hand, you will be part of our dynamic harvest team at Trius Winery. This is a seasonal role that requires full availability for up to 6 days a week, working up to 12 hours per day (Day or Night shift). The harvest season runs from late August to mid-November, with actual dates to be confirmed. The role requires availability for a Day or Night shift rotation for the duration of the harvest.
During this time, you will assist in various tasks across the Crush Pad, Cellars, and Barrel Cellar.
