Description Personality Profile Persona Signs, LLC is searching for a detail orientated individual who can work either independently or in a group. Must be able to follow directions and adapt to change. Job Summary Place vinyl decals to sign faces according to blueprint directions. Job Responsibilities Decorate plastic and flexible faces Read and understand blueprints to apply vinyl decal in correct position Use the tools provided to create a smooth finish to the face Maintain quality control and safety standards throughout the process Other duties as assigned Requirements Education and Experience · High School Diploma · Prior Experience a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Read tape measure and perform simple math ie: %, angles, radius, sq. ft., etc. · Basic Hand Tool knowledge · Basic Job packet and blueprint knowledge Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with some overtime varying. First shift core hours are: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm M-F. Physical Demands This position will require an employee to be able to be in motion on a hard surface. Lifting, bending, and stretching will be frequent. Noise level of an average production floor.

Responsibilities

Apply vinyl decals to plastic and flexible sign faces according to blueprint specifications. Ensure a smooth finish while maintaining strict quality control and safety standards.
