Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vinyl Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing vinyl flooring in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, cutting, laying, and securing vinyl flooring with precision, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities Measure and assess floor areas to determine the amount of vinyl flooring required Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate primers or adhesives Cut vinyl flooring to size and shape, ensuring a perfect fit for all edges, corners, and seams Lay and secure vinyl flooring, ensuring smooth application and proper alignment Install baseboards, trim, and transitions as needed to complete the floor installation Ensure all work meets quality standards, including smooth seams, proper adhesion, and level flooring Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines while working on-site Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any post-installation issues or concerns At least 1 year of experience working in a Vinyl company Proven experience as a vinyl flooring installer Strong knowledge of vinyl flooring installation techniques, tools and flooring types Valid Class 3 Driving License Good communication and customer service skills
