PRODUCTION MANAGER /VINYL GRAPHICS INSTALLER REQUIRED.

Vsigns UK Ltd is a reputable vehicle graphics and signage company that has been operating for over 20 years. And we are now looking for another person to join our team.
As a Production Manager & Vinyl Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily production workflow, managing vinyl installations, and assisting with artwork preparation using design software. This is a hands-on role that also involves some creative input, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritise daily production schedules to ensure projects are completed on time
• Oversee stock levels, equipment maintenance, and general production efficiency
• Prepare, cut, weed, and install vinyl graphics and wraps on a variety of surfaces (vehicles, windows, signage, walls)
• Assist with artwork preparation using design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar programmes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with the design team and communicate clearly with clients when needed
• Carry out quality control checks throughout production and installation

Key Requirements:

• Experience in vinyl installation (vehicle wraps, signage, etc.) is essential — but additional training will be provided for the right candidate
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of CorelDRAW or other vector-based design software is highly desirable
• Familiarity with large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and related tools is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Good time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 23kg (50lbs), working on ladders, and performing manual tasks
• A valid UK driving licence and access to reliable transport

Full and partial vehicle wraps (mainly commercial), vehicle graphics and vinyl cut lettering, commercial signage, occasional off-site installation. The responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean and tidy working area and keeping stock levels of cleaning and fitting supplies.
Driving licence required.
Working hours:
8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
