Description

Violations coordinator plays active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. Qualifications * Notify responsible parties of violation issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically. * Respond to and investigate allegations of violations to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. * Attend monthly in person meetings * Other duties as assigned. Wage for role $21/hr
