Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group violin instruction tailored to students of varying ages and skill levels. Develop customized lesson plans that address individual student goals and learning styles. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Prepare students for recitals, examinations, and competitions, ensuring readiness and confidence. Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional teaching environment. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organize performances and academy events. Stay current with teaching methods and violin repertoire to continually enhance instructional quality. Proven experience as a violin instructor or performer with strong technical skills. Degree or certification in music, violin performance, music education, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents. Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to individual needs. Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. Familiarity with a range of musical styles and repertoires suitable for different levels. Flexibility to teach during after-school hours and weekends as needed.
