VIP ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

An exciting permanent opportunity to join a company behind award-winning, market-leading events across the UK. As VIP Account Executive, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of our VIP audience, from outreach to post-event follow-up. You’ll support the Retail Advisory Council, VIP speakers and special guests, combining event planning, client relationship management and marketing. Ideal for a proactive professional with at least two years’ experience in sales, account management, marketing or events.

Responsibilities
  • Building and managing strong relationships with senior retail VIPs, delivering a personalised, concierge-level experience
  • Planning and executing VIP experiences at major events and satellite functions, ensuring brand consistency and quality
  • Managing all VIP logistics, including registration, access, catering, transport and hospitality
  • Leading year-round VIP engagement through tailored content, campaigns and exclusive opportunities
  • Coordinating and supporting the Retail Technology Show’s Advisory Council, including meetings and follow-ups
  • Handling all logistics and on-site support for VIP speakers, including travel, itineraries and briefing
  • Collaborating with marketing to attract high-value retail leaders and create compelling VIP content
  • Driving lead generation and conversion campaigns to maximise VIP attendance
  • Conducting post-event follow-ups, reporting on engagement metrics and supporting retention strategies
  • Representing the brand at industry events and aligning VIP efforts with commercial growth goals
