Role Overview Neo Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a VIP Account Manager. As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our French-speaking VIP customers What we expect from you: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, while providing exceptional service and support. Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards. Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention. Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.
