Description

A brilliant opportunity for a driven VIP account manager who loves engaging with players and is extremely results oriented. Being a native Italian speaker is a requirement for this role, and you must have at least 2 years' experience within igaming, of which one year must be within VIP Management. Salary: From 2,000 to 5,900 BGN net/month, depending on seniority. Bonus: Up to 5,000 BGN/month based on KPIs. Role & Responsibilities Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone Identify potential VIP clients Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients Assess and resolve clients' issues Meet VIP players for streamed and live events Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance Meet or exceed KPI targets Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives Required Skills & Experience Native-speaker in Italian, both written and spoken Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken A minimum of 2 years experience of working within igaming, of which 1 year or more in VIP management 1+ year experience of working with VIP players active on the Italian market About this role Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria (no remote flexibility) Shifts are worked between the hours of 09:00-02:00 (no night shifts) Late shifts can be worked from home 2000-5900 net monthly salary (BGN) Comprehensive KPI-related bonus scheme of up to 5000 BGN monthly This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based apart from late shifts Apply with your detailed CV in English, per favore :-) *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
