What we are looking for As a VIP Account Manager at Novibet, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them. What you will work on Manage a portfolio of VIP Key Account Customers Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics What you bring Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field will be considered as a plus Proven experience as a VIP Account Manager in the iGaming industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of CRM tools Ability in problem-solving and negotiation Fluency in English What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
