We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to join our team. Job Description Handle incoming requests from VIP clients via messengers, chats, and email (using translation tools if needed). Manage and set up personalized bonus offers based on templates. Analyze client activity and provide insights for VIP client management. Maintain and update VIP client database. Qualifications Native Ukrainian speaker. Previous experience in customer support (VIP/High-value clients is a plus). Strong focus on results and ability to deliver under pressure. Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and processes. Good written communication skills. Nice to have: Analytical skills and experience working with data. Knowledge of CRM systems.
