Oasis is expanding and we are looking for vibrant and skilled VIP / Bottle Service Hosts to join our dynamic and supportive team to contribute in bringing our guest experience to the next level.
About the Role

As a VIP / Bottle Service Host at Oasis you will:

• Prepare and serve delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to VIP guests with a high level of customer service.
• Sell available VIP Tables/Booths to guests onboard.
• Upsell beverage and food packages to VIP guests.
• Engage with guests and provide excellent service, offering recommendations when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the VIP booth areas.
• Create unforgettable VIP experiences for guests.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Adhere to all health and safety and liquor laws including responsible alcohol service
• Assist with restocking inventory, managing bar suppliers and preparations.
• Work with a team to provide a positive and friendly atmosphere for all guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Valid RSA
• Valid Working Visa
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Available to work weekends (day/night) and public holidays
