About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a VIP Butler to join the resort’s Butler Services team. * The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Deliver exceptional, personalized VIP guest service at all times * Ensure VIP areas, villas, and amenities are perfectly prepared and maintained * Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with efficiency and discretion * Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for tailored service * Serve in-room dining and amenities with precision and elegance * Uphold grooming, presentation, and luxury service standards * Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests * Monitor supplies, cleanliness, and operational readiness of service areas * Support health, safety, and company standards at all times     About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Minimum 6 years of hospitality or related guest service experience in a luxury 5‑star hotel or resort, including at least 3 years in VIP Services.  * Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. * Demonstrated excellence in VIP‑level guest service. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to speak at least two languages. * Discreet, trustworthy, reliable, and confident. * Charming, charismatic, friendly, and polished in demeanor. * Strong team player who thrives in high‑pressure environments. * Strong problem‑solving skills.      About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams AED), the local currency of the UAE.
