Description EVT Management Services is a food and beverage company providing concessions at Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, The Andrew J Brady Music Center and Taft Theatre. VIP Club Bartender Position Summary A professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve beverages to premium seat clients in the full-service VIP restaurant and backstage patio. The bartender will greet customers, take their order, and prepare and serve beverages (including liquor) to provide an elevated dining experience through exceptional service. Bartenders will fill the role of service bartender as needed. Bartenders will also participate in preparing their assigned concession area before the event and clean up after the event. Employees in these roles will have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality and should be efficient, observant, and knowledgeable about the product sold in the venue. Basic duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Stock coolers. Maintain a clean station and concession area. Communicate with support staff the needs of their station and concession area to maximize sales. Accurately maintain their assigned cash drawer and point of sale (POS) system. In addition to standard bar service, make server drink orders for table service guests. Work collaboratively with other staff towards the overall success of the event and the company. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong customer service mindset. Ability to work with speed and accuracy. Ability to balance cash drawer. Ensure a clean work area. Perform in a loud, fast paced environment. Lifting, twisting and standing for long periods of time. MUST be 21 years of age or older. Available Shifts Start times vary based on the needs of event, but usually in the afternoon and/or evenings. The duration of shifts varies upon the needs of the event, approximately 3 to 8 hours.
Responsibilities
The bartender will serve beverages, including liquor, to premium seat clients in the VIP restaurant and backstage patio, ensuring an elevated dining experience through exceptional service. Responsibilities also include preparing and cleaning concession areas, managing cash drawers, and supporting table service drink orders.
