Job Description VIP Catering Team – Paddock Club at Formula One Belgium Grand Prix. We are looking for young, talented, and motivated hospitality professionals to join our VIP Paddock Club Catering Team at the Formula one Grand Prix in Belgium. As part of our elite service crew, you will help deliver a world-class hospitality experience to VIP guests from around the world at the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. This is a unique opportunity to work at one of the biggest sporting events and be part of an international hospitality team. Location: Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps 15th till 19th of July 2026 Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in VIP hospitality areas Serve guests across a large section of tables during luxury hospitality events Host and assist VIP guests, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the event Maintain excellent personal presentation and professional service standards Assist with setting up hospitality areas to meet premium event standards Support the set-up of the venue before the event Support the dismantling and breakdown of the venue after the event Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced, high-performance team environment Qualifications A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service – we want team members who actively enjoy welcoming and engaging with our VIP guests Ability to perform drink service, food running, and table maintenance to a high standard Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is an advantage A professional presence on the floor with strong attention to detail and personal presentation A strong team-player mentality – we succeed together and support each other throughout the event Adaptable and flexible attitude – live events can be fast-moving and unpredictable, so you should be ready to enjoy the ride Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment where quality comes first Fluent English is required, as both the team and our guests will be international Additional Information We believe our employees are the driving force behind our success, and we strive to create a positive and supportive working environment.
