The role Crown Sydney is seeking a full-time VIP Executive Host to support a defined group of VIP customers and ensure they receive exceptional, elevated experiences. Reporting to the VIP Executive Manager, this fast‑paced role involves maintaining a premium environment and working closely with multiple teams to exceed guest expectations. Act as the primary contact for domestic and international VIP customers. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive engagement and visitation. Promote advocacy by highlighting property facilities, services, and events. Meet KPIs for visitation and customer contact within high‑value customer groups. Maintain strong on‑premise visibility and understand key VIP motivators. Collaborate with VIP service partners to achieve marketing outcomes. Stay informed on Player Programs, Table Rewards, Loyalty Programs, and current promotions. Maintain accurate patron database records and uphold administrative compliance. Manage disputes and complaints with prompt resolution and clear communication. What you will bring Proven experience delivering elevated service to premium or VIP guests. Hospitality hosting or gaming/casino experience is highly regarded. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Strong product knowledge, especially of Crown Rewards programs. Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence. Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
