What does a successful VIP Executive Support Engineer do at Fiserv?
As part of Fiserv’s Technology Services, we are seeking an experienced Executive Support Engineer to provide superior VIP technical support and build strong relationships with executive support personnel. In this role, you will act as the main liaison to the C-level executive team, supporting technology hardware, software, and services. To succeed, you should be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with Fiserv executives and their staff, and be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Install and support end-user devices including PCs, mobile devices, LAN/WAN, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, support, build, and maintain PC applications in a Windows 11 Active Directory environment, including operating systems, endpoint security, Office 365, VPN, system management tools, and various business unit software titles and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Support Exchange Online, Teams, and other collaborative tools.
  • Connect, support, and troubleshoot AV, presentation, and teleconferencing equipment, including platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Skype.
  • Join or receive MS Teams calls from the executive boardroom.
  • Serve as the service delivery expert and single point of contact for senior executives.
  • Provide proactive support, manage, and monitor operations to drive improved results.
  • Coordinate and monitor executive meetings utilizing collaboration and AV services and support executive-level conferences and events.
